I entrust the care of my daughter with Our Precious Gems. I have no worries when I drop her off in the morning that she won't be taken care of during the day. She has such a great relationships with all of her caregivers and she is not just another child. It's amazing all the different things she learns and participates in on a daily basis.

I love the fact that I feel comfortable enough with the center to just drop in whenever to see what she's doing. I can watch through the window of her room or on the video monitors. The owners also have an open door policy, it allows me to feel very comfortable when I have suggestions, concerns and such. They always take the time to address them. It will be a sad day when my daughter leaves the center to attend elementary school since our family has had so many positive experiences with everyone at Our Precious Gems.

Our Precious Gems has been exactly that for myself and my wonderful daughter. When I walked in to the facility I was terrified, the thought of my daughter in a daycare and what I thought was a small assembly line horrified me. I knew I had to go back to work but the thought of leaving her anywhere and thinking of her just lying around all day with no attention was more then I could bare. I have been so pleasantly surprised with the affection and learning that has come from the teachers and caregivers at Our Precious Gems. I am always comfortable walking away every morning knowing she is not just another body with a payment, but is treated like the beautiful girl she is.

In the beginning I was there everyday, and not one person seemed put out by my just popping in. I still continue to call and get updates, not because I don't think she's being cared for but because my heart still melts at her smile. Everyone who answers the phone is prompt in getting me the information to get me through my day knowing my daughter is doing just fine.

The most comforting thing to hear is "she's been a little fussy today." That shows me that the caregivers are paying attention and actually care that I, as the mother am getting all of the information I need to give my daugher the best I can give her when we leave there. Every bump in the road has been smoothed by the owners of Our Precious Gems. Never did I think I would consider a "daycare facility" a saving grace, but Our Precious Gems has allowed me to continue my dreams and still know I am a great mother for leaving her with such wonderful people!
